The object here was to convey a sense of Ruckelshaus's importance as a historical figure; as the first and far most controversial head of the EPA and as Nixon's spoiler for his part in the "Saturday Night Massacre." This was for a magazine article titled, "A Profile of William Ruckelshaus".... really.
