Kevin is standing in a window of the old "Washington Shoe Building." For decades, the building had been an urban artist colony just off Pioneer Square in Seattle. One day, the buildingÕs owners decided that theyÕd rather it be an office building. The artist community at the Washington Shoe Building was the last of its kind here. This is one of a series of portraits of the artists on their way out.
