The idea here is that Skerritt is the "celebrity behind the Alibi Room," a restaurant that he co-owns in Seattle. The shoot went longer than had been scheduled and soon I was shooting into Tom's lunch plans. I asked him how far I could push him before he turned on me and he responded by opening the kitchen and treating my entourage to lunch with his entourage. After which we did another set-up. Helluva guy.
